Is anyone taking part in this trial? ( hand and wrist excercises ). If so, was wondering at what stage of the trial you are at, and if you are noticing any benefits. I have just had my first lot of excercises and go back again in two weeks to the hospital.

Hi Kelly, sorry I'm not on the trial and don't know anything about it. Perhaps I've missed the information.
Where can I find about it, is it just exercise or medication?
I wouldn't be able to take part in anything drug based as I'm already on a trial for a breast cancer drug.
Would be interested to know more about this trial though.

Good luck with it Poppy. I'm on my 6th day of excercise, it takes around 20 mins to do them.
